Tina Patterson, Certified Escrow Officer/Branch Manager, brings knowledge, experience and integrity to the Carlsbad office of Coast Cities Escrow. With over 30 years in the Escrow Industry, Tina has worked for every kind of escrow, from title to broker-owned to independent escrow.

Tina maintains her professional designation of Certified Escrow Officer and pairs this knowledge with communication as her most valued tools. Tina has been with Coast Cities for three years and loves her rapport with fellow coworkers as well as the support of company management.

When she is not working, Tina hikes, takes walks and spends time with her daughters.
