Linda Hougen, Branch Manager/Escrow Officer, brings over 30 years of experience to the Yorba Linda office of Coast Cities Escrow. Linda has worked with many different clients, lenders and agents on transactions with varied needs and problems to be solved.
Drawing from her vast experience, Linda is able to bring solutions to the table when different situations arise. Linda has been with Coast Cities for 20 years and loves that the company is a work family, everyone supports each other and the corporate staff are amazing and always there for you.
When not working, Linda spends time with her family as being a grandma is the best.

Wendy Iwanaga brings excitement and compassion as a Certified Escrow Officer to the Yorba Linda office of Coast Cities Escrow. With over 25 years in escrow, Wendy has developed intense care for all of her clients and treats them like they are her family as she guides them through the stress of buying and selling as well as celebrates with them when the transaction successfully closes.
Wendy loves working for Coast Cities because of the great support from the company as well as from the assistants in her office which allows her to do the best job for her clients. All of that constant support has helped Wendy to receive the company’s highest achievement of Hall of Fame Platinum Award from 2015 to 2021.
When not working, Wendy loves being outside camping, snow skiing, rollerblading and walking her dog.
