My name is Barb Myers and I bring proactive thinking, attention to detail, and a personal touch to escrow. There is nothing more important to me than making sure my buyers and sellers are able to move through the escrow process with minimal stress. From walking them through all their escrow documents, to answering my own phone when it rings, to patiently addressing any and all questions a client may have, to cheering with them over the phone when their file records, I do all I can to focus on the people, not just the numbers, in every transaction.

I handle all manner of residential escrows and light commercial properties. No file is too complicated and I am relentless in overcoming any obstacle to reach a successful close. Collaboration with agents is paramount in my approach to each file as we work together to provide the best customer experience to our clients. Together with my husband and partner James, Team Myers has achieved Coast Cities Escrow’s highest honor of Hall of Fame Platinum Award since 2021.

When I am not working, I love riding my Peloton, reading, USC Football, Clippers Basketball, and hanging out with my husband and our Golden Retriever, Barney.

James Myers, Assistant Manager/Senior Escrow Officer, brings 20 years of experience in the Escrow Industry to the Newport Beach office of Coast Cities Escrow. His work ethic and title knowledge have helped him and Team Myers stand out especially when handling transactions with complex title issues.

Together with his wife, Barb, Team Myers received the company’s 2021 Hall of Fame Platinum Award, the highest award achievable from Coast Cities.

When not working, James likes to hang out with his wife, watch sports and stay active with their dog, Barney.
