Lisa Gaynor

Branch Manager, Escrow Officer

With nearly 40 years in the escrow industry, Lisa brings extensive experience, perspective, and a genuine passion for what she does. Having built her career from the ground up, she understands every layer of the escrow process and approaches each transaction with the steady confidence that only decades of hands-on experience can provide.

Over the years, Lisa has guided thousands of successful closings across residential, commercial, builder, cooperative, and court-related transactions including probates and conservatorships, as well as short sales and foreclosures. She has built a reputation as an exceptionally knowledgeable and trusted resource within the real estate community. Known for being proactive and highly responsive, she believes strong communication and thinking ahead are what make an escrow truly smooth and successful. Many seasoned agents regularly turn to her for guidance, valuing not only her experience and steady, solution-oriented approach, but also the respect she has earned throughout the industry. When Lisa takes on an escrow, she remains fully involved from start to finish. Clients know they have direct access to her, and that her name on the file means she is present, accountable, and personally invested in every detail.

What matters most to Lisa is the people. She takes great pride in helping buyers receive their keys, sellers receive their proceeds, and agents celebrate a successful close. She values the relationships built along the way and genuinely enjoys being a steady, trusted partner throughout the transaction.

A Southern California native, Lisa is deeply family-oriented and connection-driven. Outside of work, she loves cooking, traveling, gardening, and hosting gatherings, proudly earning the title “hostess with the mostess.” She treasures time with her two adult children and caring for her elderly parents. An avid reader with a love for psychological thrillers, she enjoys audiobooks and podcasts during her commute. Having already traveled extensively, she looks forward to continuing to explore new destinations, cultivating a greenhouse, tending her garden, and cooking beautiful meals straight from her own backyard.

Lisa is especially proud of the reputation she has built, one rooted in integrity, communication, trust, and respect. Her goal remains simple: to continue delivering exceptional service and to be the escrow partner her clients can rely on year after year.

Elia Tucker

Escrow Officer

With 20 years of escrow experience, Elia brings both depth of knowledge and heart to every transaction she handles. She began her career as a receptionist in escrow, a role that built the strong foundation of customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail that defines her work today. Growing within the industry from the ground up has shaped her into a well-rounded, hands-on professional who understands every aspect of the escrow process.

Organization and follow-through are at the core of Elia’s approach. She believes a smooth and successful escrow comes from staying ahead of deadlines, carefully reviewing files, tracking every task, and maintaining clear, consistent communication. Known for her calm presence and voice of reason, she provides reassurance and steady guidance to her clients, especially during high-pressure moments.

Elia enjoys working on all types of transactions and applies her extensive experience to navigate each file with precision and care. She is team-driven, detail-oriented, and always willing to step in wherever needed to ensure a seamless closing experience. One of her greatest rewards is hearing clients say they look forward to working with her again.

Born in Belize, a beautiful Caribbean country, Elia moved to the United States as a teenager and now loves living in Los Angeles. She cherishes traveling home twice a year to visit family. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, and spending quality time with her three children. She proudly refers to her four “grand-cats,” two belonging to each of her kids, as part of the family.

Professionally, Elia is proud of how far she has come in her career and values being part of a strong escrow team and leadership. Personally, her greatest accomplishment is being a proud mother and celebrating the achievements of her three beautiful children.

Her goal is always to be the best at what she does, prioritizing teamwork, exceptional customer service, and building lasting trust with every client she serves.
